00:00:01 Uncrating the Printer
INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Locate the metal prongs around the outer edge of the crate’s top lid.
2) Use a hammer to lift each prong upward until it is facing straight up.
3) Repeat this process for all prongs around the top lid.
4) Carefully pry off and remove the top lid.
5) Wear protective gloves and avoid sharp metal edges.
6) Locate the metal prongs along the sides of the crate.
7) Lift all side prongs upward until straight.
8) Remove all four side panels.
9) Locate the three metal crossbars inside the crate.
10) Remove the four screws from each crossbar and remove all three crossbars.
11) Use scissors to remove shrink wrap.
12) Remove all included parts and lay them out.
13) Use on-screen images and part numbers to verify all parts are present.
14) Remove remaining wrapping from the printer and all parts.
15) Locate the media sensor and cut the zip tie to free the cables.
16) Disconnect the connector so the media sensor is fully free.
17) Open the black box and remove the bag of bolts for assembly.

INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Locate the left and right stand parts labeled L and R.
2) Start with the left side.
3) Rotate the leveling pads counterclockwise to lower them.
4) Loosen the two Allen bolts on both sides of the foot.
5) Match the left leg to the left foot and slide the leg into the foot.
6) Secure the leg using two new bolts on each side.
7) Lightly tighten the two bottom bolts, leaving room for adjustment.
8) Repeat the same process for the right side.
9) Fully tighten all bolts once both sides are assembled.
10) Install the L bracket on the matching side using four bolts.
11) Lay the assembly on its side and install the two bottom bolts.
12) Repeat to complete both left and right assemblies.
13) Stand both assemblies upright with letters facing forward.
14) Install the lower crossbar using four bolts per side.
15) Install two additional interior bolts on each side of the crossbar.
16) Lock the casters.
17) Install the small bracket on the right side of the crossbar using two bolts.
18) Adjust leveling pads as needed and lock casters again.
19) Install the mid-height crossbar using four bolts per side.
20) Install two additional interior bolts per side and fully tighten.
21) Attach the two takeup assembly arms to the back of the stand.
22) Install takeup reel bracket parts in the correct orientation using two bolts each.
23) Install covers over the bottom holes.

1) Assemble the front takeup reel using two poles and two motorized pieces.
2) Loosen the four bracket bolts.
3) Insert the pole through the brackets, pushing the back side through first.

5) Install the opposite side next.
6) Adjust pole position and tighten all four bolts.
7) Rotate the stand so the back faces you.
8) Assemble the bottom takeup reel without motors.
9) Insert poles, install right side first, then left, and tighten bolts.
10) Assemble the takeup reel on the takeup arms.
11) Install the motorized Right side first, then the Left side.
12) Tighten all bolts securely.

1) Press and hold the white button on the waste tank upside down.
2) Confirm the red light blinks to verify the full sensor works.
3) Install the waste tank holder by inserting prongs and sliding down to lock.
4) Place the waste tube into the holder.
5) Rotate media sensor ring locks counterclockwise.
6) Move sensors fully forward and lock them clockwise.
7) Install the sensor bracket with sensors facing the back of the printer.
8) Secure the bracket using two screws.

1) Rotate the stand so the front faces you.
2) Lock all casters.
3) Align the large metal prongs with the holes under the printer.

6) Remove shipping brackets on each side.
7) Secure the printer to the stand using bolts at each leg.

6) Slide the ink bay slots onto the loosened screws and tighten.

10) Reinstall the rear panel ensuring tubes are not pinched.
11) Secure the panel with six screws.

INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Locate the Quick Start Guide PDF from the USB thumb drive or dealer email.
2) Doubleclick the Quick Start Guide PDF file.
3) Click on Important Resources.
4) Download the DTF Station Pilot software for your printer model.
5) Locate the serial number sticker on your printer.
6) If the printer was manufactured before December 2024, contact DTF Station technicians to confirm compatibility.
7) If instructed, download the motherboard upgrade package and firmware configuration files.
8) Disable antivirus or add the program as an authorized file to prevent installation issues.
9) Confirm the installation file is fully downloaded in the Downloads folder.
10) Verify the Ethernet cable connection between the computer and printer.
11) If using a laptop without an Ethernet port, connect an Ethernet adapter.

INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Gather all ink bottles.
2) Shake each ink bottle for at least 20 seconds.
3) Shake white ink for 1 full minute.
4) After shaking, let ink sit for at least 3 minutes before pouring, especially white ink.
5) Create two holes in the ink bottle foil seal:
6) Make one larger hole for ink to pour out.
7) Make one smaller hole above it to allow air to flow in for a smoother pour.
8) Repeat the two-hole process for all bottles.
9) Turn the printer on.
10) Confirm the control panel is on the home screen and ink levels are visible.

1) Go to the rear ink bay.

6) Close the cap but do not tighten fully.
7) Leave the cap slightly loose to allow air into the container as needed.

1) Go to the front of the printer.
2) Locate the metal media core on the feed reel.
3) Rotate the locking knobs toward you to unlock the core.
4) Pull the metal media core out.
5) Load the B film onto the media core so the film unravels over the top.
6) Reinstall the media core into the printer.
7) On the left side, align the metal notch with the slot in the printer.
8) Seat the right side (no notch).
9) Rotate the locking knobs away from you to lock the B film in place.
10) Go to the back of the printer.
11) On the bottom takeup reel, load the A film so it unravels over the top.
12) Center the film to the printer bed as evenly as possible.
13) Rotate the locking knobs to secure the media core.
14) Unravel the A film and route it behind the upper takeup reel.
15) Loop the film over the thin middle rod.
16) Route the film under the thicker metal rod as shown.
17) Pull the film forward and feed it through the rear opening toward the front of the printer.
18) Lock the feed reel by pressing the locking mechanism in.
19) From the front, gently pull the film upward to confirm it feeds straight and aligns with the B film across the full width.
20) On the control panel, press Load/Unload Media to raise the pressure roller.
21) Feed the A film underneath the pressure roller.
22) Pull the film taut to keep it straight.
23) Press Load/Unload Media again to lower the roller and lock the film.
24) Using a sharp snap blade with light pressure, cut a horizontal line across the A film.
25) Only cut the top layer of the film and do not cut through both layers.
26) Peel the top layer away and feed it toward the back of the printer.
27) Unravel the B film and lay it over the exposed adhesive section of the A film.
28) Ensure both films are straight and bonded across the full width.
29) On the control panel, press and hold the Down arrow to advance the media.
30) Go to the back of the printer.
31) Unlock the A film feed reel.
32) Pull the peeled top layer of the A film from the rear.
33) Align it to the rear takeup reel.
34) Turn the knobs clockwise to lock its position.
35) Tape the film to the media core.
36) Set the rear takeup motor switch to position 1.
37) Return to the front of the printer.
38) Press and hold the Down arrow to continue feeding the combined film.
39) Continue until there is enough media to reach the front bottom takeup reel.
40) Loosen the locking knobs and center the media core to the film.
41) Tighten the knobs and tape the film to the front takeup core.
42) Set the front takeup motor switch to position 2.

1) On the control panel, press Settings.
2) Go to Heat Settings.
3) Set the front heater to 45°.
4) Set the rear heater to 45°.

5) Go to the rear ink bay and open all ink valves.
6) On the computer, open DTF Station Pilot.
7) Go to Settings.
8) Set Head Select to Forehead All.
9) Select Ink Charge.
10) Run Ink Charge for 30 seconds.
11) When the timer completes, press Stop.
12) Repeat the Ink Charge process 2 to 3 times.
13) Go to Head Clean.
14) Select Forehead All.
15) Choose Normal Cleaning.
16) Perform 2 normal cleanings.

1) Use the ruler on the printer bed to select the print start position relative to the right edge of the film.
2) Use 75 mm as the print start position for spacing from the edge.

5) Set Print Start Position to 75 mm.
6) Click Save.
7) Close all covers.
8) Select Nozzle Check and print the test pattern.
9) Inspect the nozzle check and confirm complete ink output across all four heads.

1) Confirm you have the Quick Start Guide PDF.
2) If missing, request the Quick Start Guide PDF from your dealer.
3) Doubleclick the Quick Start Guide PDF to open it in your internet browser.
4) Scroll down and click Importing Resources.
5) Open the Neosta folder.
6) Select the appropriate Neosta RIP for your printer model.
7) Click Download.
8) Wait for the download to complete.
9) Doubleclick the downloaded Neosta installer.
10) Select your language and click OK.
11) Accept the agreement.
12) Click Next, then Next again.
13) Click Install.
14) Wait for installation to complete (up to 10 minutes depending on system).

1) Insert the Neosta dongle into the computer.
2) Confirm the dongle light turns green.
3) Launch Neosta Delta.
4) Click Yes on any system prompts.
5) Wait for the initial load if this is the first launch.
6) When the dongle registration window appears, enter your account details.
7) Click Continue.
8) Check your email for the verification code.
9) Locate the email from neostampa or inedit.com.
10) Enter the verification code and click Continue.
11) Enter your printer details.
12) Select your printer model.
13) Add any additional printers if applicable.
14) Click Request Trial.
15) Confirm the software shows successful activation.
16) If activation fails, remove all USB devices except the dongle.
17) Restart the computer and relaunch Neosta.

1) Locate the Quick Start Guide.
2) Scan or click the Important Resources QR code.
3) Open the Neosta folder.
4) Select your printer model.
5) Review the available print modes.
6) Download the desired print modes.
7) Once downloaded, open the folder location.
8) Rightclick each file and select Extract All.
9) Move extracted folders to a safe location such as the desktop.
10) Open Neosta.
11) Click New Job.
12) Select DTGDTF as the document type.
13) Select your printer.
14) Click OK when prompted for scheme.
15) Click the three-dot icon to open Scheme Manager.
16) Click Add.
17) Navigate to the extracted print mode folder.
