5) Press Cancel to stop the Fill Ink process.
6) Perform one additional head cleaning.
7) Print another nozzle check.
8) Confirm the nozzle check is clean.

INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Follow this maintenance routine to ensure consistent print quality and reliable operation.
2) Perform maintenance according to three categories:

4) Weekly maintenance.
5) As-needed maintenance.

00:00:02 Daily Maintenance
CHECKLIST
- Cotton swabs (do not use foam swabs)
- Lint-free cloth
- UV cleaning solution
- Paper towels
INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Power the printer on.
2) Press and hold the Left arrow key until the carriage moves fully to the left.
3) Open the left side cover and the front panel.
4) Pour a small amount of UV cleaning solution into a cup.
5) Dampen a cotton swab with cleaning solution.
6) Clean all ink residue underneath the carriage up to the edges of the print heads.
7) Do not touch the print head faces.
8) Dampen a lint-free cloth with cleaning solution.
9) Clean the left UV lamp.
10) Clean the right UV lamp.
11) Open the right side cover and the bottom front panel.
12) Dampen a new cotton swab and thoroughly clean the wiper blade.
13) Use a dry paper towel to remove remaining ink residue.
14) Use a cotton swab to clean around the edges of each cap.
15) Wipe remaining residue with a paper towel.
16) Repeat cap cleaning for all four caps.
17) Clean the entire cap top surface to prevent ink overflow damage.
18) Pour a small amount of cleaning solution directly onto the caps.
19) Press Carriage Reset to return the carriage to the home position.

1) Choose the appropriate shutdown method based on usage frequency.
2) For daily users, power the printer off.
3) For users printing every two to three days:

5) Turn off the purifier.

7) Turn off all heating elements.
8) Turn off the vacuum.
9) Turn off the takeup reel motor.
10) For weekly users:

12) Press the Emergency Stop button to shut off power except for white ink circulation and white ink stirrer.
13) Close all covers.

CHECKLIST
- Snap blade

INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Open all printer covers.
2) Dampen a lint-free cloth with UV cleaning solution.
3) Pinch the encoder strip between the cloth and wipe from left to right.
4) When reaching the carriage, press and hold the Left arrow key to move it left.
5) Clean the remaining right side of the encoder strip.
6) Press Carriage Reset to return the carriage home.
7) Turn the takeup reel motor off.
8) Pull the film forward slightly.
9) Cut the film using scissors.
10) Slide the remaining film through the back opening to the front.
11) Use a snap blade to cut across the film and remove it.
12) Press and hold the Down arrow key.
13) Cut the final section of film as shown.
14) Dampen a lint-free cloth with UV cleaning solution.
15) Wipe down the entire printer bed.

INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Use a cotton swab to remove old grease from the printer rail.
2) Press and hold the Left arrow key to expose the right side of the rail.
3) Remove old grease from the exposed section.
4) Apply fresh grease to a clean cotton swab.
5) Apply grease evenly across the entire rail.
6) Press Carriage Reset to return the carriage home.
7) Apply grease to the left side of the rail.
8) Press and hold the Left arrow key to move the carriage fully left.
9) Press Carriage Reset again to evenly distribute grease.

00:04:40 As-Needed Maintenance – Air Purifier Filter Replacement
CHECKLIST
- Gloves
- Phillips screwdriver
- New air purifier filters
INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Open the front panel to access the air purifier.
2) Turn the purifier off.
3) Loosen the clamp and remove the top vent tube.
4) Pull the purifier out of the cabinet.
5) Remove the four screws securing the front panel.
6) Lift off the front panel.
7) Remove the old filters from bottom to top.
8) Install new filters from bottom to top.
9) Ensure each filter arrow is facing downward.
10) Reinstall the front panel with four screws.
11) Place the purifier back into the cabinet.
12) Reconnect the vent tube and tighten the clamp.
13) Turn the purifier on.
14) Close the front cover.

00:06:22 As-Needed Maintenance – Water Chiller Service
CHECKLIST
- Zip ties
- Distilled water
- Empty cup
INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Open the side panel.
2) Open the water chiller top cap.
3) Inspect water for contamination.
4) If water is dirty, turn the chiller power off.
5) Pull the water chiller out of the cabinet.
6) Unplug the power cable.
7) Disconnect all three cables by rotating lock nuts clockwise and pulling cables out.
8) Locate the two water tubes.
9) Bend and secure each tube with a zip tie to prevent leaks.
10) Disconnect both tubes.
11) Empty all water from the chiller into a cup.
12) Cut zip ties and drain remaining water from tubes.
13) Confirm the chiller is completely empty.
14) Reconnect both tubes to their original locations.
15) Reconnect the power cable.
16) Reconnect all labeled cables and rotate locks clockwise.
17) Pour 800 ml of distilled water into the chiller.
18) Place the chiller back into the cabinet.
19) Turn the chiller on with the top cap off.
20) Verify water flow.
21) Close the top cap.
22) Close the side panel.
