INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Open the printer cover.
2) Press the left arrow key once, then press and hold it to move the print head carriage to the left side.
3) Open the left side panel cover to access the print head.
4) Pour a small amount of approved cleaning solution into a small cup.
5) Dip a polyester cleaning swab into the solution.
6) Remove excess solution from the swab to prevent dripping.
7) Carefully apply cleaning solution around the print head, avoiding direct contact with the print head face.
8) Use the first swab to soak residue near the rim of the print head face.
9) Use a dry swab or lint-free cloth to remove excess solution after soaking.
10) Dampen a clean swab with cleaning solution.
11) Clean the right side of the printer, focusing on the capping station and wiper blade.
12) Soak the wiper blade surface with cleaning solution to remove dried ink.
13) For heavy ink buildup, soak the area with cleaning solution.
14) Follow up with a swab or lint-free cloth to remove loosened ink.
15) Avoid using a lint-free cloth directly on the wiper blade to prevent bending or damage.
16) Press the reset button on the control panel or the home button in DTF Station Pilot to cap the print head.
17) Verify the print head is properly seated on the capping station cap.
18) Turn off the heating system.
19) Turn off the vacuum.
20) Turn off the internal light.
21) Turn off the front and back takeup motors.
22) Turn off the air purifier.
23) Close all panels and the printer cover.
24) Cover the printer with an equipment cover to prevent dust and debris buildup.

INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Open the printer cover.
2) Press the left arrow key to access the capping station.
3) Pour a small amount of approved cleaning solution into a cup.
4) Fill the syringe with cleaning solution.
5) Use the syringe to wet the capping station cap.
6) Press the reset button to cap the print head.
7) Close the printer cover.
8) Press the emergency stop button.
9) Verify white ink circulation is turned on properly.
10) Cover the printer with an equipment cover to prevent dust and debris buildup.

INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Open the printer cover.
2) Use a blade to carefully detach the B film from the printer.
3) Move to the back of the printer.

6) Cut the excess protective film.
7) Push the protective film forward onto the print bed so it adheres to the A film.
8) Return to the front of the printer.
9) Cover the A film with the protective film to prevent sticking.
10) Cut the A film.
11) Push the A film out of the printer.

INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Spray isopropyl alcohol onto a lint-free cloth.
2) Gently wipe the encoder strip.
3) Slide the print head carriage to the left to access the right side of the encoder strip.
4) Clean the remaining section of the encoder strip.
5) Return the carriage to the home position.
6) Use a fresh lint-free cloth with isopropyl alcohol.
7) Wipe the entire print bed thoroughly.

INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Use a dry lint-free cloth to clean the heating roller.
2) Do not use isopropyl alcohol on the heating roller to avoid damaging the rubber surface.
3) Close the printer cover.
4) Locate the film sensor at the bottom of the printer.
5) Wipe the film sensor using a lint-free cloth lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol.

1) Pull out the waste ink tube while wrapping it with a cloth to catch drips.
2) Remove the waste ink bottle.
3) Empty the waste ink bottle.

INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Use a screwdriver to loosen the purifier hose connection.
2) Clean the purifier hose connection.
3) Turn on the purifier.
4) Allow the purifier to run for 5 minutes to clear dust.

6) Reconnect the purifier hose.
7) Clean the opposite end of the hose.
8) Secure the hose connection.

INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Open the printer cover.
2) Move the print head carriage to the left.
3) Locate the capping station.
4) Use a syringe to apply a few drops of UVDTF cleaning solution to the capping station.
5) Slide the print head carriage back to its home position.
6) Close the printer cover.
7) Power off the printer.
8) Do not leave the printer powered on while idle.

1) Open the left side panel.
2) Rotate the white ink circulation knob clockwise.
3) Open the main printer cover.
4) Move the print head carriage to the left.

6) Return the print head carriage to its home position.
7) Close all panels and covers.
8) Press the emergency stop button to maintain white ink circulation and stirring.

INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Open the front lid of the printer.
2) Use a cotton swab to clean the printer rail, removing old grease.
3) When the cotton swab reaches the print head carriage, press and hold the left arrow key to move the carriage to the left.
4) Continue cleaning the remaining section of the rail.
5) Take a new cotton swab and apply rail grease to it.
6) Evenly apply grease to the right side of the rail.
7) On the control panel, press the carriage reset button to dock the carriage back to the home position.
8) Apply grease evenly to the left side of the rail.
9) Press and hold the left arrow key to move the carriage fully to the left.
10) Press carriage reset again to send the carriage back home.
11) Verify grease is evenly distributed across the entire rail.

INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Open the side panel of the printer.
2) Locate the two UV lamps.
3) Dampen a cotton swab with isopropyl alcohol.
4) Clean both UV lamps thoroughly.
5) Use a lint-free cloth to wipe away any remaining alcohol residue.
6) Close the side panel.

INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) On the control panel, press and hold the left arrow key to move the carriage away from the capping station.
2) Press the emergency stop button to power off the printer.
3) Dampen a cotton swab with UV cleaning solution.
4) Clean around the caps, cap top, and wiper blade.
5) Allow the cleaning solution to break up dried ink residue.
6) Use a lint-free cloth to wipe away remaining residue.
7) Release the emergency stop button to power the printer back on.
8) Allow the carriage to dock back into the home position.
9) Close the top lid.

00:02:42 Replacing the Air Purifier Filters
INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Turn off the air purifier.
2) Remove the four screws securing the front panel.
3) Remove the front panel.
4) Starting from the bottom, remove the used filters one at a time.
5) Take the replacement filters.
6) Ensure the arrow on each filter is pointing upward.
7) Insert each replacement filter into the air purifier.
8) Reinstall the front panel.
9) Secure the front panel using the four screws.
