Fold Flex 100 Folding Machine - Operation Guide

SECTION
00:00:00 Setup and Power On

INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Position the machine in its desired location.
2) Rotate the feet clockwise until they are firmly contacting the floor to reduce movement during operation.
3) Rotate the emergency stop knob counterclockwise to release it.
4) Flip the main power switch up to power on the machine.
5) Move to the air compressor.
6) Rotate the red handle to align with the tube to allow air flow.
7) Pull the red power button upward to turn on the air compressor.
8) Locate the air pressure control valve on the Fold Flex 100.
9) Push the blue lock to the right to allow air to enter the machine.
10) Check the air pressure indicator and verify it reads 04 PSI.
11) Adjust the air pressure if the indicator does not read 04 PSI.
12) Activate the machine using either the start button or the foot pedal.

00:01:20 Shirt Packing Mode

INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Turn the selector switch to shirts.
2) Turn the mode switch to pack, allowing the folding panel to raise.
3) Identify the front and back of the t-shirt.
4) Load the shirt under the panel with the collar facing you and the back side facing upward.
5) Fold the right sleeve inward.
6) Use the notch on the panel to align how far the shirt is inserted.
7) Use the notches on both sides of the panel to center the shirt.
8) Press the foot pedal or the start button to begin folding.
9) Once the shirt is folded and raised on the panel, slide a poly bag over the shirt.
10) Pull the bagged shirt back out of the machine.
11) Verify the front side of the shirt is visible through the bag.

00:02:01 Shirt Stacking Mode

INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Unscrew and remove the two knobs securing the upper panel.
2) Remove the upper panel.
3) Hang the panel on the side hook.
4) Screw the knobs back into place to prevent them from being lost.
5) Turn the mode switch to fold.
6) Place the shirt the same way as in pack mode with the right sleeve folded inward and the shirt centered.
7) Press the foot pedal to activate folding.
8) Allow the folded shirt to drop into the storage area.
9) Continue folding additional shirts as they stack.
10) Observe the bottom support panel lowering automatically as the stack grows.

00:03:23 Pants Packing Mode

INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Fold the pants in half as shown.
2) Lay the pants onto the machine with the waistline facing you.
3) Use the alignment notches to line up the waistline.
4) Fold one side of the pants inward so the edge is flush.
5) Set the machine to pants pack mode.
6) Press the foot pedal to activate.
7) Allow the machine to fold the pants and lift them into an upright position.
8) Slide a poly bag over the folded pants.
9) Remove the packed pants from the machine.

00:04:04 Pants Stacking Mode

INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Unscrew and remove the two knobs securing the upper panel.
2) Remove the upper panel.
3) Hang the panel on the side hook.
4) Screw the knobs back into place to prevent loss.
5) Set the selector to pants.
6) Set the mode knob to fold.
7) Lay the pants onto the machine with the waistline aligned.
8) Fold one side inward so it sits flush.
9) Press the start button or foot pedal to activate.
10) Allow the pants to fold and drop into the stacking area.
11) Continue folding additional garments as the support panel automatically lowers.

00:04:44 Closing Procedure

INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Push the air compressor valve to the left to stop air flow to the Fold Flex 100.
2) Push down on the red button on the air compressor to turn it off.
3) Locate the release valve on the air compressor.
4) Pull the release valve out until the pressure gauge reads zero.
5) Press the main power switch to the off position.
6) Cover the machine with a large fabric cover to prevent dust and debris buildup.
