Miro 24 Shaker - Unboxing and Assembly Guide

00:00:00 Crate Disassembly

INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Locate the blue locking mechanisms around the crate.
2) Use a flathead screwdriver to pop each blue lock out.
3) Pull the base out to remove the entire locking piece.
4) Repeat this process around the perimeter of the top lid.
5) Remove the top lid once all blue locks are removed.
6) Wear gloves at all times to prevent injury from sharp metal edges.
7) Remove all blue locks from the front panel.
8) Remove the front panel.
9) Repeat until all four sides of the crate are removed.

INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Locate the two metal crossbars at the base.
2) Remove the two screws at each end of both crossbars.
3) Remove the metal crossbars.
4) Remove the Velcro straps from the base of the machine, two on each side.

INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) With four people, carefully lift the machine off the pallet.
2) Locate the two wooden crossbars underneath.
3) Remove the screws on both sides.
4) Remove the wooden crossbars.

INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Open the accessories box.
2) Lay out all parts on the floor with the numbered labels facing up.
3) Cut away the protective plastic wrap covering the machine.
4) Open the shaker lid.
5) Remove additional accessories from inside.
6) Remove plastic wrapping from all components.

00:02:12 Hardware Pre-Assembly

INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Locate the bolt, washer, and wing nut hardware.
2) Take a number four panel.
3) Place a washer onto the bolt.
4) Insert the bolt through the panel hole.
5) Lightly thread the wing nut from the opposite side.
6) Repeat for all four holes on the panel.
7) Repeat this process for:
  - Two number four panels
  - One number five panel
  - One number nine panel
8) Prepare a total of 16 bolt, washer, and wing nut assemblies.

INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Locate the number two base piece.
2) Unfold the two legs.
3) Bring a number four panel to one side.
4) Rotate the casters inward.
5) Rotate the wing nuts vertically.
6) Slide the wing nuts into the grooves.
7) Tighten the bolts until the panel is secured.
8) Repeat on the opposite side with the second number four panel.
9) Attach the number five panel to the long side using the same method.
10) Attach the number nine panel to the opposite side using the same method.

INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Flip the assembled stand onto its casters.
2) Lock all casters to secure the stand.
3) Open the cabinet doors.
4) Slide the number three panel underneath to form the interior storage floor.
5) Seat the panel onto the ledge.
6) Close the cabinet doors.

INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) With four people, lift the shaker onto the stand.
2) Align the shaker feet with the mounting holes in the stand.

00:04:18 Takeup Reel Arm Installation

INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Rotate the shaker to access the takeup reel mounting area.
2) Remove the thumb screws from the shaker body.
3) Identify the left and right arms by the upward-facing thumb screws.
4) Align the right arm with the mounting holes.
5) Install all four thumb screws loosely.
6) Fully tighten once all screws are seated.
7) Repeat the process for the left arm.

00:05:31 Takeup Reel Pole Installation

INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Loosen the thumb screws on both arms.
2) Route both poles through the left arm only.
3) Locate the takeup reel components:
  - Non-motorized side
  - Motorized side
4) Slide the non-motorized side onto the poles first.
5) Slide the motorized side into the right arm position.

INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Slide the back pole fully into position first.
2) Use the rear opening to insert only the front pole.
3) Slot the back side into the back pole.
4) Tighten two thumb screws on each arm to secure the poles.

INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Locate the takeup reel motor cable.
2) Plug the cable into the shaker body.
3) Tighten the connector nut to secure the connection.

00:06:45 Paper Core Installation

INSTRUCTION STEPS
1) Insert the paper core into the takeup reel.
2) Center the core within the shaker.
3) Tighten the thumb screws to lock the core in place.

- Stand fully assembled and locked
- Shaker securely mounted
- Takeup reel arms installed
- Poles secured
- Motor cable connected
- Paper core centered and secured
