5) Understand that the printer pauses after 10,000 passes to perform cleaning.
6) Set Auto Clean to Close by default.
7) Select Clean Flush to perform a quick ink spit into the caps.
8) Select Clean Weak for a standard cleaning cycle.
9) Select Clean Normal for longer cleaning with increased pump pressure.
10) Select Clean Strong for the longest and most aggressive cleaning cycle.

6) Set Position to the side closest to the carriage home position.
7) Select Right side as recommended.
8) Avoid selecting Both unless necessary.
9) Set Strength to Normal.
10) Adjust Strength to Strong only if additional ink flow is needed.
11) Set Strip Width to 3 mm.
12) Adjust width if needed.
13) Set Distance at least 1 mm away from the printed image.

4) Handle the roll by holding the media core only.

1) Lift the media roll using the core.
2) Place the left side of the roll onto the left media holder.
3) Support the roll with the back of your hand.
4) Slide the right media holder inward to secure the roll.

6) Remove the tape securing the film if the roll is new.
7) Press 1 on the media motor to advance a small amount of film.

1) Route the media under the tension rod.
2) Press the lever button to lift the media rollers.
3) Feed the media through the back of the printer.
4) Press the lever button again to lower the rollers and secure the media.

6) Move to the front of the printer.
7) Press the Down arrow to advance the media forward.

4) Confirm that F begins blinking, indicating the front heater.
5) Use the Up or Down button to set the front heater temperature.
6) Set the front heater temperature to 50 C.
7) Press the CH button again.
8) Confirm that M begins blinking.
9) Skip the M setting by pressing the CH button again.
10) Confirm that R begins blinking, indicating the rear heater.
11) Set the rear heater temperature to 50 C.

1) Open NeoStampa.
2) Click New Job.
3) Select the printer.
4) Select the desired scheme.
5) Press OK.

00:00:46 Importing Images
You can import images in three ways:
1) Click Add File and select an image.
2) Drag and drop an image from the desktop.
3) Click Open Job and select an image file.

Each method will load images into NeoStampa. When using Open Job, a new tab is created, indicating a new batch.

00:01:20 Editing and Nesting Images
1) Select images to resize, rotate, or duplicate.
2) Use Ctrl + C to copy and Ctrl + V to paste duplicates.
3) Click Nest to optimize media usage.
4) Set nesting margin to 0.25 for cutting space.
5) Confirm the layout.

00:01:51 Saving Job Files
CPS File:
1) Click File.
2) Click Save.
3) Save the file to your desktop.
4) CPS files can be reopened in NeoStampa for reprints or edits.

PRT File:
1) Click Print instead of Save.
2) The job will be saved as a PRT file.
3) PRT files are saved in the Saved PRT folder.
4) PRT files can only be opened in DTF Station Pilot.

Notes:
- Do not move or use PRT files until processing is complete.
- CPS files are ideal for reorders and workflow organization.
- PRT files cannot be imported back into NeoStampa.

SECTION 2
Adjusting White Ink and Choke

00:04:49 Method One: Per Image Adjustment
1) Select an image.
2) Click White Effect Layer on the right panel.
3) Under Flat method, adjust the Intensity percentage.
4) Lower intensity if there is too much white ink.
5) Click Save.

00:05:10 Method Two: Profile-Based Adjustment
1) Click the three-dot menu in the upper right.
2) Select the correct print profile.
3) Click White Ink settings.
4) Increase or decrease intensity as needed.
5) Click OK and Save.

Choke Adjustment:
1) Right click the choke value.
2) Change units to millimeters.
3) Adjust choke amount, for example 1 mm.
4) Click OK and Save.
5) Choose Yes when prompted to apply changes to all images.

SECTION 3
Adjusting Colors

1) Select an image.
2) Click Color Adjustments.
3) Adjust brightness, contrast, or saturation.
4) Preview changes.
5) Click Apply.

Notes:
- Adjustments apply to one image at a time.
- For best accuracy, adjust images individually.

1) Click the three-dot menu.
2) Select Advanced.
3) Click Input Defaults.
4) Enable color adjustments.
5) Adjust values as desired.
6) Click OK, then Save.
7) Select Yes to apply changes globally.

3) Review the RGB values.

NeoStampa will replace this RGB value automatically when detected.

1) Open Color Replacement.
2) Select the color.
3) Click Variations.
4) Adjust deviation and step values.
5) Click OK to generate the chart.
6) Rotate and nest the chart.
7) Print the chart.
8) Choose the preferred RGB value and adjust artwork accordingly.
